Buddy System
What: Recruit a friend, relative, anyone who wants to quit and work on it together.
Where: At home, a friend's house, school, church, work, clubs, etc.
Who: Someone that can support you, relate to you, and someone you can rely on.
Note: It can be difficult to find someone that is ready and in the same boat as you are, but you would be surprised how many are.

Classes/Groups
What: Smokers/Nicotine Anonymous, 12-step program, etc.
Where: Health department, local hospital, non-profit organizations, on-line.
Who: People that like group meetings, social situations, fellowship, learning from others.
Note: Might have some cost $. Often multiple week/session programs. May not be tailored to individual needs.
